Christa DiGiuseppe

Managing Director

Christa was born and raised in Maine. She started working in disability services as a Direct Support Professional for a gentleman with a special behavior plan to keep him safe. Christa found passion in disability services and moved into case management after 2 years as a Direct Support Professional. Christa worked as a case manager for 4 years developing relationships and gathering resources in the Farmington, Auburn, and Augusta areas. Christa moved into a supervisor role for the past 4 years supporting over 200 case management consumers. Christa enjoys spending time with her family, going to camp, reading, and crocheting when she is not working.

Erica True

Director of Services

Erica has been working as case manager since 2009. Graduating in 2008 with a B. A. in Social Services, she began working in the field as a direct support specialist. After six months she began her career working as a case manager. She has worked with the intellectual disabled, mental health, and children’s population. Working closely with other professionals in the community, Erica can support individuals build their team to reach their goals in life. Erica lives in Augusta with her dog Sadie. In her spare time she enjoys up-cycling used furniture, scrapbooking/card making, and spending time with her family.
